The Junior League: Preparing Future Leaders

Every year members are asked to consider joining the JLM Leadership Team for the coming year through the "Willingness to Serve" submission. Members are asked to submit their names next to the positions that they are interested in and to also recommend other League members. Chair Elects are given first consideration for Chair positions. The deadline is generally in early spring.
