The Membership Outreach Committee is gearing up its search for and recruitment of dedicated and hard working volunteers! 

Membership Open Houses - All Prospective Members Required to Attend One!

All prospective members must attend one Membership Open House event. All will be held at Junior League Headquarters, 713 Biltmore Way, Coral Gables, Florida.ates for the 2010-2011 provisional class will be announced.

Membership Requirements

The Junior League of Miami, Inc. will be accepting applications for membership in the 2010-2011 Provisional Class starting Oct. 1, 2009.

To be eligible to join, a prospective member must:

1. Be over 22 years of age on or before May 31, 2010;
2. Possess an interest in voluntarism, a commitment to community service and an interest in developing her potential for voluntary community participation;
3. Have a sponsor (although a sponsor will be assigned if the prospective member does not know a JLM member at the time of application);
4. Submit an application online, by mail or by fax;
5. Attend one Membership Open House. 

The Deadline for membership applications will be May 1, 2010.  We encourage all members to get their friends, family and colleagues to submit their applications as early as possible so that they can start receiving information and invites to the exciting events we have planned for this year!
